Dossier Hamon
Dossier Hamon è una pubblicazione editoriale che raccoglie immagini, testimonianze e materiali d'archivio dedicati alle torri di raffreddamento della ex raffineria SAROM di Ravenna. Nato in risposta alla loro demolizione, il progetto restituisce alla comunità uno spazio di memoria condivisa, dove conservare racconti, fotografie e riflessioni su un elemento che ha segnato per decenni il paesaggio e l'identità della città.
Promosso da Tiratura APS, Dossier Hamon intreccia fotografie storiche e contemporanee, documenti d'archivio e contributi di ricercatori, fotografi e cittadine e cittadini ravennati, offrendo uno sguardo corale sul rapporto tra patrimonio industriale, memoria collettiva e trasformazione del territorio. Stampato in Risograph®, il volume è concepito come un libro-oggetto che invita a riflettere sul significato della conservazione della memoria: non per celebrare un passato legato ai combustibili fossili, ma per comprenderlo e immaginare un futuro capace di superarlo senza dimenticarlo.
Dossier Hamon is a publication bringing together images, testimonies and archive material dedicated to the cooling towers of the former SAROM refinery in Ravenna. Conceived in response to their demolition, the project restores to the community a space for shared memory, where stories, photographs and reflections can be preserved on a feature that shaped the city’s landscape and identity for decades.
Promoted by Tiratura APS, Dossier Hamon weaves together historical and contemporary photographs, archival documents and contributions from researchers, photographers and residents of Ravenna, offering a collective perspective on the relationship between industrial heritage, collective memory and the transformation of the local area. Printed using Risograph®, the volume is conceived as a book-object that invites reflection on the significance of preserving memory: not to celebrate a past linked to fossil fuels, but to understand it and imagine a future capable of moving beyond it without forgetting it.
